Can Xumeu is a detached country house with a large fenced plot of land, situated only 2,5 km from the beach Port des Torrent and only a few kilometres from the beaches of Cala Bassa and Cala Conta. The area is quiet and very close to villages such as San José or San Agustín.
It is a fresh and well located house, simple but very practical, with all the comforts. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and two bathrooms. It has a large independent kitchen, which is also the main entrance to the house. The dining room is a separate room located between the kitchen and the living room. The living room has a TV, fireplace and exit to the front terrace, equipped with a set of outdoor table and sofas, from where you can see the sea. On the plot there is space to park several vehicles and the access is controlled by an automatic gate.

Outside you will find a large barbecue area, solarium and a swimming pool. There is also access to the upper terrace of the house, from which you have the best panoramic view of the countryside and the sea. Access for children must always be supervised by a responsible adult. They have air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, Wifi and satellite TV.

Can Xumeu is the ideal country house for families with young children looking for tranquillity without giving up the best beaches on the west coast of Ibiza. Set on a large fenced plot just 2.5 km from the village of San Agustín, the villa features a private pool protected by a wooden fence, a barbecue and sunbathing area, and a roof terrace with panoramic views over the countryside and the sea. It is a cool, simple and very practical home, designed so that family days can be enjoyed with calm and comfort.

The closest beach is Port des Torrent, 2.5 km away, a family-friendly cove perfect for first swims for the little ones thanks to its calm waters and full amenities. A few minutes’ drive will also take you to Cala Bassa (4.5 km), one of the most beautiful coves on the west coast, with golden sand and crystal-clear waters ideal for swimming with children. If you want to discover one of the most spectacular beaches on the island, Cala Conta is 6.3 km away and stands out for its turquoise waters and unforgettable sunsets. We recommend visiting early in the morning or at sunset, when there are fewer people and you can better enjoy its crystal-clear waters.

For daily shopping, the Es Cuco supermarket is practically in San Agustín, just a few minutes away by car. It is one of the locals’ favourites, offering high-quality products: organic island foods, delicacies, wines, freshly baked bread and select meats. It is open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM, and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

The largest nearby town is San José, 5.3 km away, always full of life, especially on Saturday mornings, when the organic food and crafts market takes place to promote local products and the island’s traditions. You will find homemade pastries, the traditional “hierbas ibicencas” liqueur, and you can watch artisans crafting their products using traditional methods, such as basket weaving. At noon, local bands play live music, creating a particularly pleasant atmosphere for visiting with children. The market is held every Saturday morning from April 4, 2026 to October 18, 2026.

If you are looking for family-oriented plans, we recommend visiting the Sirenis Aguagames water park, just a few minutes from the villa, open daily from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM from May to late October. And if the kids are adventurous, short and easy walking trails set off from Cala Bassa towards the Torre d’en Rovira, with panoramic views over the Poniente islets, ideal in spring or autumn. If you are visiting in the summer, it´s best to avoid the hottest hours of the day.
