Splendid modern house with sea views located in the countryside but very close to the village of San José. The nearest beaches are Cala Tarida, Cala Vadella, Cala Moli, Cala Bassa, Cala Conta, Cala Carbo, Cala d’Hort.
The house has 3 double bedrooms, all with double bed. It is divided in two floors. On the ground floor, which leads directly to the pool area and the terrace, there is a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with an exit to the barbecue area in the back and a toilet.
The bedrooms are upstairs and are divided into two sections: on one side is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom surrounded by windows overlooking the countryside and sea views in the distance. This bedroom has an access to a large private terrace. On the other side there are two more double bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a terrace.

In the upper part of the house, above the pool, there is a very spacious chill-out area, from where you can enjoy the sunset.
The garage has a direct access inside the house. The house is very nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. The outside and pool area is very spacious and surrounded by countryside, which gives lots of privacy.

Villa Sa Ganzaia enjoys a prime location on the west coast of Ibiza, ideal for those who wish to combine days at the beach, fine dining and nature with the convenience of having all amenities close by.
Among the nearby beaches, just a 5-minute drive away, Cala Tarida stands out as a favourite with families and visitors of all ages. Its wide stretch of white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters make it one of Ibiza’s most attractive beaches. Thanks to its size, it usually offers plenty of space even during the summer months, whilst its shallow waters provide a safe environment for young children. To enjoy the beach in greater peace and quiet, it is advisable to arrive before 11.00 am in July and August, when the car park tends to fill up quickly. The beach offers a full range of facilities, including restaurants, beach clubs, bars, supermarkets, shops, lifeguards and areas adapted for people with reduced mobility. It is also the perfect spot for those wishing to try water sports such as stand-up paddleboarding, jet skis, e-foiling or diving. At the end of the day, Cala Tarida is also an excellent place to watch the sunset whilst enjoying a drink or dinner by the sea. Guests wishing to explore the coast further will find other highly recommended beaches just a few minutes’ drive from the villa. Cala Vadella offers a family-friendly, sheltered atmosphere, ideal for enjoying calm waters and beachfront restaurants. Cala Molí, smaller and less crowded, is an excellent choice for those seeking peace and quiet. Its crystal-clear waters and rocky seabed make it one of the best spots in the area for snorkelling. We recommend bringing water shoes or flip-flops for a more comfortable entry into the sea. Cala Bassa, meanwhile, is famous for its shallow waters, pine forests and lively beach bars.
Sant Josep de sa Talaia, the main town in the area and a charming village that retains Ibiza’s authentic character, is 3.1 km from Villa Sa Ganzaia. Here, visitors will find everything they need for their stay: supermarkets, a chemist’s, banks with cash machines, a fishmonger’s, a butcher’s and a launderette. It is the ideal place to do some shopping before settling into the villa or to buy fresh local produce. The village also boasts a wide range of dining options, from cafés perfect for breakfast to restaurants where you can sample traditional Ibizan and international cuisine. For those who enjoy keeping fit whilst on holiday, the local gym offers weekly passes and one-to-one sessions.A particularly recommended visit is the Sant Josep organic and craft market, which takes place every Saturday between April and October from 10.00 to 13.30. As well as local produce, fruit, vegetables, crafts and typical island souvenirs, there is usually live music from 12.00, creating a very pleasant atmosphere in which to spend the morning. It’s a great time to discover local life and enjoy a snack on one of the terraces in the town centre.
