Can Cam is an exceptional villa situated on a hill top, offering breathtaking panoramic sea views with the island of Formentera stretching across the horizon. The property is situated in the Ses Salines nature reserve, surrounded by nature and tranquillity, offering a peaceful retreat whilst being just 15 minutes away from some of Ibiza’s finest restaurants, beautiful beaches, beach bars and local amenities. Cala Jondal, home to the famous Blue Marlin beach club, is only a five-minute drive away.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and has been designed to make the most of its privileged location. Spacious interiors, extensive terraces, mature gardens, and magnificent sea views create an atmosphere of effortless Mediterranean living. At the heart of the outdoor area is a private 10 x 5 metre swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, providing the perfect setting for long days in the sun.

The accommodation comprises four air-conditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master bedroom enjoys its own private entrance, an en-suite bathroom, and stunning sea views. Two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, are accessed from the villa’s second living room, while the fourth bedroom features a double bed and ceiling fan. The bathrooms include the master en-suite, a shared bathroom with bathtub serving two of the bedrooms, and two further bathrooms with showers.

The bright, fully equipped kitchen includes a large hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, and all the essentials required for a comfortable stay. It opens onto a spacious living and dining area, which in turn connects to a covered terrace furnished for outdoor dining while overlooking the sea, pool, and gardens.

Can Cam offers three generous living spaces, each with its own character. The main living and dining room provides comfortable seating for eight guests, while a second lounge features large sofas, a fireplace, satellite television, and expansive windows framing the spectacular views of the sea, pool, and surrounding gardens. A third spacious living room includes a bar area and direct access to two of the bedrooms.

Additional facilities include a laundry room with ironing equipment, extra refrigeration and storage space, a separate storeroom, and a first-aid kit. There is also a versatile extra room with a sofa bed and television, ideal as a reading room, relaxation space, or quiet retreat.

Outside, several terraces and seating areas have been thoughtfully arranged throughout the gardens, allowing guests to enjoy both sunshine and shade throughout the day. Comfortable sofas, armchairs, dining tables, loungers, parasols, and chill-out areas create a variety of spaces for relaxation and entertaining. The barbecue area includes a covered dining space and sink, making it ideal for leisurely alfresco meals with family and friends.

Please note that the nearest beach, Sa Caleta, is currently closed for maintenance works until further notice from the local council. However, just an eight-minute walk from the villa lies the Phoenician settlement of Sa Caleta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site of great archaeological and cultural significance, offering guests a unique opportunity to explore one of Ibiza’s most important historical landmarks. The second nearest beach, cala Jondal, is only 5 minutes drive away.
