Splendid house with swimming pool. This is an old finca built in a traditional style and restored with a lot of charming features. Located in the countryside and surrounded by nature, it offers absolute privacy, but it´s very close to everything, just a few kilometres away from the village of San Rafael and Ibiza town. The nearest beach is less than 10 minutes drive.
The house has 4 bedrooms in total: 3 double and 1 single, 2 very spacious bathrooms inside the house, 2 living rooms, closed and totally equipped kitchen, dining room in the porch and another dining room on one of the terraces. In the swimming pool area there is an outside bathroom with shower.
It is an exclusively summer house, with 4 large wooden terraces brought from Bali, Indonesia and Thailand, all different and tastefully decorated. One of them, the largest, at the back of the house, is a haven of tranquillity.
The house is very nice and comfortable, fully equipped, with WIFI, air-conditioning in two of the bedrooms and one in the main salon, alarm, safe, etc. The price includes a free midweek cleaning for a minimum stay of 7 nights and final cleaning.
