LOS NARANJOS

Los Naranjos is a house that is within a field of orange trees and other crops, surrounded by tranquility and with an exceptional location, as it is only 800m from the beach of Cala Llonga, 2 minutes by car and 11 minutes walking and another nearby beach Sol D’en Serra is only 5 minutes by car.  Ibiza town is just under 20 minutes away by car and the airport is approximately 20-25 minutes away. The biggest golf course of the island is at 3,4 km from the house.

It is a completely renovated house, from a traditional Ibicencan house with thick walls, so it is also a cool house in the summer season, as well as having air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room.

The house has three floors distributed as follows:

First floor: Living room with satellite TV has access to the terrace and pool and also communicates with the kitchen, from which you also have access to the terrace and pool area; the kitchen has a window so that in case there are children around and in the pool, you can watch them while cooking.

On this floor there are also two bedrooms with two single beds each and they share a bathroom with a bathtub.

Second floor: Bedroom with double bed of 1.50m and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Second floor: small salon with a desk that can be used to work in tranquility, because it is separated from the rest of the house, it has access to a large terrace with table, chairs and beautiful views of the countryside. The terrace has a round wooden table and two matching chairs.

Exterior: 8x4m swimming pool; pool area with sunbeds; old water well; barbecue; wooden table with chairs, umbrella and parking.
