Pineda Mar is a spectacular villa with sea views, minimalist style and totally renovated in 2024/2025. It is located in a very quiet area near Cala Conta. It has 4 complete bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. Large panoramic window in the living room with open kitchen. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. It has an enclosed wood burning fireplace and underfloor heating for the off-season summer months. There are two elevated south facing terraces. The swimming pool is 11 m long (salt electrolysis water treatment, not chlorine) and has a sunbathing area with wooden decking. There is a parking space for one car.

On the right-hand side of the calendar, you will see the booking form. Complete the requested fields to proceed with your reservation.

3. Confirm your booking by choosing a payment method:

There are two options:

a. Payment by Credit Card:

Make the payment instantly and secure your booking! You will receive our rental contract through the DocuSign platform within 24 to 48 hours. The contract will contain all the details of your reservation including general house rules, our cancellation policy, etc.

b. Payment by Bank Transfer:

If you prefer this method, we will send you a rental contract through the DocuSign platform within 24 to 48 hours. The contract will contain all the details of your reservation including general house rules, our cancellation policy, etc., as well as our bank account details to make the down payment for the villa.

Regardless of the payment method you choose, you will have 3 days to sign the contract and send it back to us together with a copy of your passport or ID.

4. Receive your booking confirmation:

Once you have signed the rental contract and completed the payment, we will send you the official booking confirmation with the summary of your booking.

That’s it! With these simple steps your booking is secured and you will only have to enjoy a unique and unforgettable experience.

Arrival coordination: Between one and two weeks before your arrival, a member of our team will contact you via WhatsApp to provide you with all the details about access to the villa.
