Pineda Mar is a spectacular villa with sea views, minimalist style and totally renovated in 2024/2025. It is located in a very quiet area near Cala Conta. It has 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Large panoramic window in the living room with open kitchen. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. It has an enclosed wood burning fireplace and underfloor heating for the off-season summer months. There are two elevated south facing terraces. The swimming pool is 11 m long (salt electrolysis water treatment, not chlorine) and has a sunbathing area with wooden decking. There is a parking space for one car.

Pineda Mar is the ideal villa for those who appreciate modern minimalist architecture, sunsets and the proximity of Cala Conta, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Fully renovated in 2024/2025, the villa is set in a very quiet area with sea views and features details designed for year-round living: a large panoramic window in the living room with an open kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace, underfloor heating, and air conditioning in every bedroom. Its two raised south-facing terraces and the 11-metre pool with saline electrolysis treatment (chlorine-free) are the perfect setting to enjoy Ibiza with calm and design.

The closest beach is Cala Conta, 1.8 km away, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, famous for its turquoise waters and spectacular views. It is also one of the best spots to watch the sunset. We recommend visiting early in the morning or in late afternoon, when there are fewer people and you can better enjoy its crystal-clear waters. If you walk along the cliffs on the right-hand side, you will reach two restaurants with breathtaking views: Ses Roques and Sílla de Bosc, both perfect for a fresh seafood meal by the sea. Just 2.2 km away you will also find Cala Bassa, ideal for the most relaxed days, and 4 km away the wide Cala Tarida with its long sandy walk.

For your shopping, we recommend the Es Cuco supermarket, highly regarded by locals for its organic island products, delicatessen, wines, fresh bread and select meats. It is open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM, and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

The town of San José, 10 km away, is always a good plan, especially on Saturday mornings, when the organic food and crafts market takes place to promote local products and the island’s traditions. You will find homemade pastries or the island’s traditional liqueur, “hierbas ibicencas,” and watch artisans crafting their products using traditional methods, such as basket weaving. At noon, local bands play live music, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere. The market takes place every Saturday morning, from April 4, 2026 to October 18, 2026.

If you enjoy the water and unspoilt landscapes, we recommend the kayak tour to the sea caves from Cala Codolar, just a few kilometres from the villa. These guided tours combine kayaking and snorkeling and take you to two stunning sea caves off the southwest coast of Ibiza, with stops for a swim and a snack while taking in unique coastal scenery.
